Japan, 13-24 nov. 2003

After working for a week in Shin Yokohama (during which I took a few photographs) I visited for 3 days such places as Kamata, Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku, Ebisu... (and took plenty of pictures and discarded a lot...). Tokyo and its surroundings are cool places. People (and they are numerous, especially in the trains and in Shibuya) are nice and friendly, and are eager to offer valuable help to the gaijins. Few of the food I could eat, but I tasted everything I was given (anyway, I'm a picky eater everywhere). I was in a large western type hotel for the first part of my stay and moved in a Ryokan for the 4 last days. That was fun. The landlord was very nice, she couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her but we had long conversations ;-)
