Edinburgh, 18-23 May 2006

My job took me to Edinburgh for 5 days. We held a W3C meeting there.

I studied English in a college in Edinburgh in 1996. I was delighted to have to organise a meeting there. I love that city.

I travelled there last October (koalie.net album (70 photos) and flickr set (11 photos)) to look for venues. We estimated an attendance of 130 people; we had 129 ;)

See also the flickr set (24 photos).

While Amy was fiddling with her camera, I was fiddling with mine, trying to capture a neat reflection of her eyes on the surface of the wine in my glass.

A former W3C-er! I hadn't seen him in a long while; it was very nice to meet him in Edinburgh.
